The Centennial Tigers hosted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in late 2020, adding two additional board members for a total of nine representatives.
The Board voted to add Jessie Coatney and Joliet “Baby J” Moya to the Board as at-large members. Jessie will assist with recruitment and retention, social planning and events. Baby J will assist with recruitment activities.
The Board also voted to retain Sara Rohner as the president, Jenn Elliott as the vice president, Carolyn Poulos as the treasurer, Amanda Newell as the secretary and Carly Austin, Tami Meis and Alexis Koo as additional at-large members.
Additionally, the Tigers are financially well positioned heading into 2021 with several sponsors already signed on. Destry Gillette also agreed to continue in his role as head coach.
As COVID-19 continues to ravage the United States, the Centennial Tigers will abide by local rules, laws and guidelines for outdoor contact sports. The start of the 2021 season is to be determined, but the club has booked our home field Sweetwater Park May-October in the event the spread of the virus lessens, and contact sports can resume as normal.
